I joined as the sole designer responsible for our developer portal and website. Operating at both strategic & executional levels, I worked with our engineering team to scope problems and ship quality work. Fast.

The Challenge
Our customers often purchased the wrong dedicated node(s) for their use case on our developer portal.
There were numerous areas across our dev portal and marketing where blocks of text were hurting conversion or causing support grief - beyond just dedicated nodes.

The Solution
I reimagined our dedicated nodes purchase flow to be a guided wizard. This matched our customers to the perfect node for their use case, gave us better upsell opportunities, and would decrease support messages/refunds.
Dedicated nodes redesign Custom 3D renders Rive animations
I did a sweep of our marketing site and added animations to better explain our value props.

Performance Results
Developers left testing with greater confidence in their purchase. The Rive animations kept people on the page longer and made technical concepts feel simple.
Increased time on site
After animation additions
Our efforts across the developer dashboard have improved the developer experience, and the website updates position Helius for developers and enterprises alike.
